Installing with aoflagger and everybeam is tricky.

Final errors related to the SetTime option in everybeam. To solve,

1. DP3/steps/OnePredict.cc: comment out lines 634–636.
2. DP3/steps/ApplyBeam.cc: comment out lines 174 and 236
